Oliver Anderson

Oliver Burnett Anderson was born August 27, 1910
in the Town of Mount Morris to Halbert Anderson
and Louisa Charleson. The Andersons had a big
family: Russell, Ellif, Harvey (who died in infancy),
Norman, Ada, Maurice, Harry and Melvin.  Oliver
attended the Thompson school for 8 years.  He was
first a farmer and later became carpenter in great
demand.  He married Buenita Graichen daughter
of George Graichen and Olga Hanson. She was
born December 8, 1923.  They had one son
Richard who was also and execellant carpenter
as well as a fine athlete. Oliver built the Patterson
Memorial Library. Buenita died of cancer June 3,
1975.  Oliver later married Alma Kapp Zaske. 
Oliver died July 16, 1998 in Redgranite. 
Alma was born June 5, 1913 and died June 12, 2001. 
Oliver's son Dick still lives in the Wild Rose area.
