T W Stevens house at 645 Dewey Ave. Wild Rose, WI

This house was located at 645 Dewey Avenue and
built in 1905.  Theodore Witzel Stevens is located
 in the right window on the second floor. Stevens
had a store on Main Street where the motel is now
located. He was a pharmacist but also sold lots of
other things like paint and wallpaper.. T W Stevens
was born April 2, 1858 in Plainfield, Wisconsin.  His
parents were Horton Stevens and Maryette
Hotchkiss.  T W married Nettie Palmer
November 24, 1881 in Portage County.  Nettie
was born May 7, 1861 to Rev Lucius  and Sarah
Palmer jn Almond.  They had two daughters
Vinnie who married Chester Jenks and
Vesta who married Franklin Woodard.
