Patricia Etheridge was born September 5, 1933 to Dewey Etheridge and Monica Cychosz. She graduated from Wild Rose in 1951. She was active in high school. She was class treasurer her freshman year and secretary the last three years. She was a member of skating club 1949-1951. That was when Wild Rose had outdoor performances on land Ernie Knoke flooded. She was prom Queen May 6, 1950 with Donald Van Airsdale as King. She was in the home coming court her junior and senior years. She played Patricia Harrington in the senior class play "The Patsy." She sang in chorus and glee club. Worked on the newspaper and received the DAR award. She married Louis Edward Heidel in 1958. He was in service in North Carolina at that time. He was Texas. His parents were Charles Wesley Heidel and Daphne Williams. While in school, she always wanted to move to California. She She died September 25, 2003 in Fillbrook, Rancho Santa Fe, California. Her brother, Andy still lives in Wild Rose. |
