Beulah and Arlene Hanson

This picture is in the 1921-22 time period.  Beulah
Hanson Jeske and her sister Arlene Hanson Haertle.
Each received a doll that Christmas.  They were
living on Carey Avenue at that time.  Their parents
were George F. Hanson and Minnie Rice.  George
was born April 1, 1871 in Brandon, Wisconsin.  His
parents were Peter and Elizabeth Hanson who were
from Denmark.  Minnie was the daughter of James
Henry Rice and Sarah Baker. She was born in the
Town of Belmont, Portage County, Wisconsin on
June 29, 1886.  George and Minnie married June 15,
1915.  George died March 8, 1950.  Minnie died
December 21, 1961.
