Douglas Sage

Douglas Raymond Sage was born June 1, 1927 in 
Emerald, Wisconsin to Griff Sage and Myrtle Olson.  
He had two brothers, Lyle and Warren and two 
sisters Geraldine Sage Yohn and Phyllis  Warzinski. 
He graduated from Wild Rose in 1945. He served in 
the Navy on the USS Currituck.  On June 8, 1952 
he married Lorraine Maihofer. She was the daughter 
of Richard Maihofer and Clara Larsen.  They had 
two children: Karen and Roger.  They divorced 
October 4 1982.  Doug later married Marian Richter 
on August 26, 1989.  He died April 17,  2001 in 
Oshkosh.
