Edward B Clayton & wife Margaret A Walters

Edward Brunt Clayton was born March 3, 1853 in the 
Town of Springwater. His parents were David Clayton 
(1820-1897) and Hannah Brunt (1823-1888). He 
married Margaret Ann Walters on Feb 28, 1900 in 
Waushara County. Margaret was born Oct 7, 1869, 
a daughter of the Evan Walters and Margaret Hughes.  
She was also from Springwater. They had a daughter, 
Margaret Hannah Clayton (1902-1913). Their son 
David Walter Clayton (1905-1982). David was well 
known in Wild Rose which included being Village 
President.  The picture appears to be taken in 
Chicago. It is likely the wedding picture 
because they both are wearing flowers. It is 
also possible that they had copies made in Chicago.
