Rev. & Mrs William H. Stewart

Rev. William H Stewart was born Oct. 30, 1829
in Wayne County, New York. He was in the
Town of Wautoma, Waushara County, WI by
1855. His wife was Martha Pease born May 31,
1832 in Rose, Wayne County, NY. She was the
daughter of Alanson Pease and Nancy Jeffers.
William moved  around in Waupaca and
Outagamie Counties. He died Dec. 22, 1915
and is buried in Maple Creek Cemetery, New
London WI.  Martha died March 31, 1912. They
had two children: William H Stewart, Jr, (1859-
1933) and Melissa K Stewart (1862- 1896)
who married Williard Mansfield.
