This probation is prior to joining the the Methodist Episcopal Church in Wild Rose in 1908. John Wills was the Methodist minister and W. J Knights was the leader of the class. Mr Knights was William J Knights who was one of the three co-founders of the Gideons and the one who suggested the name.
