Amos Johnson, son of John and Betsy Johnson married Margrethe (Maggie) Jensen from the Town of Marion January 14, 1892 . Maggie used her patronymic name when she married but when Amos Johnson died the obituary listed her as Maggie Larson. Her father was Jens (later James) Larson and her mother was Caroline Bakken. Amos was born Oct. 6, 1860 in the Town of Mt. Morris and died January 9, 1909 in Wautoma. Their children were Burnett, Jessie, Arden, Ira and Carmen.
